Job Overview
We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Teignbridge. As a Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services to clients throughout the local area.
You will work within a team to undertake grounds maintenance and gardening duties in designated parks, open spaces, and housing estates. Your tasks will include grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, and flower bed maintenance. You must ensure a safe working environment is always maintained and carry out day-to-day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.
The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. You must hold a full valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points. A willingness to learn and openness to training are also essential. Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service is desirable.
About the Role
- Estimated salary: £11,440 per annum (based on 12-month contract)
