Facilities Maintenance Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team at Gov Facility Services Ltd. As a Facilities Maintenance Team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of HMP Channings Wood, a category C adult male training prison.

The successful candidate will have experience in using IT systems, including CAFM, Planet FM, and CEMAR. They will be confident in their ability to work without supervision and possess excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel. First aid qualifications and considerable administrative experience are desirable.

This is a temporary 12 month contract, 39 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary of £27,945.35 per annum, comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, and a range of non-contractual benefits.
