Join our dynamic Structures Team and collaborate with various engineering departments and key stakeholders to create state-of-the-art structural design solutions for our extensive product lineup, which includes traditional helicopters, tilt-rotor aircraft, and unmanned aerial systems. This position provides the chance to engage in projects that span multiple geographical regions.

  • Develop and execute challenging design assignments in collaboration with diverse engineering teams
  • Lead teams of Structural Engineers to produce high-quality design outcomes
  • Utilize CATIA V5 or similar design software effectively
  • Possess a solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication, machining processes, and composite design techniques
  • Have experience with airworthiness regulations such as MAA, EASA, or FAA
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for providing innovative solutions
  • Plan, define requirements, and execute tasks within demanding timelines and budget constraints
