Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Sungrow - EMEA. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our contracting strategy and providing expert legal advice to our sales and operations teams.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in corporate law, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the energy sector. You should be familiar with contracts review, negotiation, and management, particularly in the context of energy contracts, FIDIC, and NEC contracts. Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professional ethics and integrity are essential.
