Senior Legal Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in Buckingham. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial agreements and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters and gain exposure to different areas of law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain attention to detail
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • UK qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 4 years PQE
  • Strong experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
What We Offer
  • Base salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus and benefits
  • Predominantly office-based role in a dynamic and growing company
  • Opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters and gain exposure to different areas of law
