About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Legal Counsel to join a close-knit in-house legal team in Milton Keynes. Working closely with the General Counsel and senior stakeholders, you will gain exposure to a high-quality commercial work, with plenty of variety in the role to keep things interesting and help you develop your skills further.

The Business:

The business is undergoing growth and strategic change, presenting significant opportunities for a Legal Counsel to come on board and gain exposure to exceptional quality work, while working alongside senior stakeholders and progressing your career.

About You:

  • This role would suit a commercial lawyer with 5 years PQE.
  • Ideally, you will have gained some private practice experience.
  • Comfortable dealing with a broad range of commercial agreements and willing to turn your hand to other areas as needed.
  • Able to effectively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

What's on Offer:

70-75k, consistent annual bonus, hybrid working, typically 2 days a week in Milton Keynes, enhanced employer pension contribution, 25 days annual leave (+ BHs), private medical, etc.
