Senior Legal Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in Buckingham. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and draft commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate with external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide expert legal advice and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law, franchising, and litigation to provide informed guidance.
Requirements:
  • UK qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
  • Strong experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus and benefits.
  • Predominantly office-based role in a dynamic and growing company.
