We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Star People. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth in the cardiovascular sector.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and optimize the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, clinical trial data, and relevant clinical guidelines to effectively communicate with HCPs and address their needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in primary care and hospital pharmaceutical sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • ABPI qualification and prior experience in promoting within cardiology/cardiovascular therapy.
  • Excellent business and commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the NHS structure and environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build value-oriented relationships with HCPs.
