Job Requirements

We are looking for an Outbound Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and be fluent in German. They will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts via outbound sales activities, including identifying potential clients and initiating contact via various channels. The core responsibilities of this role include placing between 50-70 outbound calls to set appointments, account management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, working to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities, continuous prospecting through LinkedIn, Discover.org, and other data sources, utilizing email and social media platforms to book meetings with qualified prospects.

We offer a competitive salary of circa £25,000 - £35,000 basic, plus uncapped commission.
