About the Position:
As an Administrative Support Specialist at YHB, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This position involves providing administrative assistance to multiple levels of staff, facilitating communication, and maintaining office supplies.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between staff, clients, and vendors through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain organized files, both physical and digital, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role or similar industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Estimated Annual Salary:
This position offers an estimated annual salary of $52,000 - $62,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and retirement savings plan.
