Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment within the school and during extracurricular activities.
  • Implement school policies as outlined in documentation and directed by the Headteacher.
  • Act as a positive representative of the school in the community.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information encountered during duties.
  • Comply with the school's Equal Opportunities policy.
  • Adhere to the school's Health and Safety policy, ensuring proper procedures are followed in the event of accidents or incidents.

This position requires prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within an educational setting, with experience working with SEN/SEND students being an advantage. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about bringing creativity and energy into the classroom, able to challenge, motivate, and inspire young learners. They will also possess a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within an educational setting.
  • Experience working with SEN/SEND students is an advantage.
