We are seeking a Learning Support and Development Specialist to join our team in the Winchester and Hampshire area. In this role, you will work closely with students, their teachers, and other professionals to provide individualised support, promote engagement, and help with classroom activities.

Your role will involve implementing behavior plans, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment, and promoting positive social skills. You will also provide classroom support, personalised assistance, and help with academic tasks.

Job Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in a similar role (e.g., Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, Mentor)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Hold an enhanced child workforce DBS or be willing to apply

The estimated salary for this role is £24-£30 per hour, depending on experience. We offer competitive daily rates, CPD and Teach Teach training, full-time and part-time opportunities, and a supportive and collaborative working environment.
