We are seeking a skilled Administrator to support our Financial Planners in delivering exceptional advice to our clients. The primary role involves providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Benchmark is a leading firm of Chartered Financial Planners, renowned for creating innovative solutions that cover regulatory, platform, and investment services. Our technology has received accolades for its effectiveness in helping Advisors at every step of their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling post, scanning, photocopying, filing, and emails
  • Taking phone enquiries and arranging appointments for Advisers
  • Setting up new contracts & processing applications under FCA regulations
  • Drafting and sending letters of authority and gathering policy information for research
  • Inputting and updating client data on our internal CRM system - 'Enable'
  • Preparing business packs for Advisers
  • Conducting mail merges e.g. ISA allowance letters/transfer letters for clients joining Benchmark
  • Submitting business on Fusion Platform
  • Updating client valuations
  • Drafting client reports
  • Planning annual reviews and arranging appointments

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior administration experience in Financial Services will be beneficial
  • Familiarity with Fact Find and Risk profiles would be advantageous
  • R01, FA1, FA2 qualification or aspiring to qualify is favoured
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
  • Good telephone manner
