Wealth Planning Client Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team of Chartered Financial Planners. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our Financial Planners, ensuring seamless delivery of top-quality advice to our clients.

Benchmark is a leading firm of Chartered Financial Planners, renowned for creating innovative solutions that cater to regulatory, platform, and investment services. Our technology has received accolades for its effectiveness in supporting Advisors throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage post, scanning, photocopying, filing, and emails with precision
  • Handle phone enquiries and arrange appointments for Advisers with ease
  • Set up new contracts and process applications under FCA regulations with accuracy
  • Draft and send letters of authority and gather policy information for research
  • Input and update client data on our internal CRM system - 'Enable'
  • Prepare business packs for Advisers
  • Conduct mail merges, e.g., ISA allowance letters/transfer letters for clients joining Benchmark
  • Submit business on Fusion Platform
  • Update client valuations
  • Draft client reports
  • Plan annual reviews and arrange appointments

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior administration experience in Financial Services is highly valued
  • Familiarity with Fact Find and Risk profiles would be advantageous
  • R01, FA1, FA2 qualification or aspiring to qualify is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Good telephone manner
