Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Schroders Recruitment. As a Wealth Planning Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners in delivering top-quality advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our Financial Planners, including handling post, scanning, photocopying, and filing
  • Take phone enquiries and arrange appointments for Advisers
  • Set up new contracts and process applications under FCA regulations
  • Draft and send letters of authority and gather policy information for research
  • Input and update client data on our internal CRM system
  • Prepare business packs for Advisers
  • Conduct mail merges, such as ISA allowance letters and transfer letters for clients joining our firm
  • Submit business on our Fusion Platform
  • Update client valuations
  • Draft client reports
  • Plan annual reviews and arrange appointments

Requirements

  • Prior administration experience in Financial Services is beneficial
  • Familiarity with Fact Find and Risk profiles would be advantageous
  • R01, FA1, FA2 qualification or aspiring to qualify is favored
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Good telephone manner
