Join Our Team as a Client Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Administrator to join our team at Benchmark. As a key member of our Financial Planning team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Financial Planners in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to phone enquiries and arranging appointments for our Financial Planners
  • Draft and send letters of authority and gather policy information for research purposes
  • Input and update client data on our internal CRM system, 'Enable'
  • Input risk questionnaires and plan annual reviews
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in financial services administration
  • Familiarity with Fact Find and Risk profiles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
