At Protec Fire Detection PLC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our order processing team, you will be responsible for assisting with the timely processing of orders through our in-house PHP order portal.

In this role, you will also assist in resolving invoice queries and processing account applications, ensuring adherence to company policies. You will work closely with internal personnel and external customers to provide excellent customer service and communicate accurate information.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in financial operations and contribute to the success of our business. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration or equivalent IT qualification
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and great telephone manner
  • Competent using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to maintain accurate records and good interpersonal skills
