About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for day-to-day driving tasks and managing the planning and performance of our transport fleet. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, your focus will be on coordinating drivers and distributing workload effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Driving and leading by example to maintain high-quality standards
  • Working closely with Drivers & Dispatch to plan, execute, and complete routes correctly
  • Embodying our Safety-First Culture and contributing to HSEQ continuous improvement programs
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a valid NZ class 4 license and possess strong time management skills. As a safety and productivity-focused individual, you must be able to lead, influence, and engage others to foster a positive continuous improvement culture.

You will work with various stakeholders, requiring excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build solid relationships. Additionally, you must pass a drug and alcohol pre-employment screen and have a clear Ministry of Justice record.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
