**About the Job**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aviation Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the business by translating designs from prototypes into repeatable and scalable production, ensuring that manufacturing processes are conducted safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production environments and processes.
  2. Evaluate and select equipment to meet production requirements.
  3. Design and develop facility layouts to enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Lead the scaling-up of low-volume products and processes to support mass production.
  5. Establish a robust supplier network for automation equipment.
  6. Develop and implement Advanced Production Quality Plans for new product introductions.
  7. Provide technical expertise to cross-functional teams.
  8. Analyze and improve processes using tools like PFMEA's and control plans.
  9. Manage SOPs, build records, and production documentation.
  10. Drive quality improvements through the development of specific quality roadmaps.
  11. Mentor junior engineers in their professional development.

**Salary Range:** £55-60k (dependent on experience)
