Your Role as a Customer Success Manager

You'll be core to our mission, working closely with customers to optimize and automate complex business decisions. As a trusted advisor, you'll help them achieve strategic goals and realize value from our platform.

To succeed, you'll need 2-3 years of work experience, ideally in a Customer Success Organization or commercial role in a B2B SaaS company with an Enterprise sales motion. You should be collaborative, customer-centric, and enjoy learning about prospects' businesses.

You'll work with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and other teams to ensure our customers get maximum value throughout their lifecycle. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and Taktile's core users within customer teams.

Key responsibilities include orchestrating renewals, identifying growth opportunities, creating re-usable collateral, and driving account growth. You'll also acquire domain expertise in the financial services industry, knowledge of APIs, and proficiency in Python and SQL.
