We have exciting opportunities for Children's Services Community Nurses to join our Health Visiting service in North Somerset. As a key member of our team, you will work with children, families, and communities to promote health and well-being, improve early identification of need and risks, and empower individuals, families, and communities to access services and information.
Job Requirements- NMC registration
- SCPHN Qualification
- Experience of working in collaboration with other healthcare providers.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering the full-service offer of mandated contacts underpinned by the Healthy Child Programme.
- Working collaboratively with other agencies to promote health and well-being.
- Empowering individuals, families, and communities to influence and access services and information.
- Contributing to safeguarding of children in collaboration with partners.
