Job Overview
This senior role involves a mix of Global Relationship Management and Sales Leadership, focusing on growing market share within the Technology Sector environment. You will develop Day 2 / Smart Hand Services solutions for existing and new customers, driving sales and growth globally.
The ideal candidate should be an expert in structured cabling, data centre, and ICT technologies, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. They must be driven by results and eager to contribute to our company's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global strategy for Smart Hands Solutions, ensuring clarity, competitiveness, and understanding across sales and operational teams.
- Collaborate with Account Leads and Operational Teams to identify and validate Cross Sales opportunities, expanding our client base.
- Build direct relationships with target clients, leveraging industry expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
- Establish and manage the SMART Hands Pipeline for ONNEC, working closely with Account Directors to achieve sales targets.
- Partner with Marketing to create compelling content, collateral, and messaging for SMART Hands Services, enhancing our sector profile.
- Spearhead strategic development, supporting the growth strategy for SMART Hands, aligning with BDD of Data Centres and Account Directors.
- Engage and motivate relevant sales and operation teams, setting a clear vision and plan for activity to grow our services within specific clients.
- Support the design of ONNEC's SMART Hands / Day 2 Services value proposition, developing collateral, go-to-market plans, commercials, and training materials for sales and operations teams.
- Promote consultative selling, using data insights and industry expertise to drive informed conversations with existing and prospective clients, enhancing engagement and influence.
- Contribute to sector/subject intelligence, publishing industry insights to raise the profile of ONNEC's SMART Hands Services, establishing thought leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of [€60000 - €90000] salary depending on location, plus benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in the Technology Sector.
- Detailed technical knowledge of structured cabling, data centre, and ICT technologies, with a focus on Day 2 / SMART Hands Solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.
