Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Calibre Sales Development Manager to join our team at Candidate Source. As a key member of our sales development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the UK's contract manufacturing sector.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in selling technical products to Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers in various markets, including aerospace, defence, and high-level instrumentation. You will be able to identify and develop opportunities to help our client achieve its growth targets in these and similar or adjacent markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of selling highly technical products and services into Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to a variety of markets. Your familiarity with the UK's electronics manufacturing sector and your established network of senior management contacts will serve as a solid foundation for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK's contract manufacturing sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales support and process improvement

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of the UK's electronics manufacturing sector and market trends
