About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality management systems, procedures, and successful audit accreditation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor site SHE policies, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Conduct risk assessments and PHA's, identifying and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors, ensuring compliance with site regulations and procedures.
  • Provide direction and coordination for quality activities affecting product or service quality.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, formulating corrective and preventive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies, clients, and contractors on safety, health, environment, and quality matters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 5+ years of SHE & Quality experience.
  • Extensive subject area knowledge of Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
