Job Title: Quality Environment Safety Health Manager

Job Summary:

As part of IPG's continued expansion into the UK and Europe, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Environment Safety Health Manager to join our Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Quality management systems, procedures, and successful audit accreditation.
  • Implement and monitor site SHE policies.
  • Implement and sustain safety participation programs, ensuring active participation of all team members at all levels.
  • Conduct risk assessments and PHA's, ensuring implementation of identified corrective actions.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors attending site for activities.
  • Provide direction and coordination for quality activities affecting product or service quality.
  • Participate in quality and productivity improvements via new procedure and process development.
  • Serve as liaison between site and customers for management review of product performance.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, formulating corrective and preventive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies, clients, and contractors on safety, health, environment, and quality matters.
  • Continuously monitor and assess performance indicators to propel continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 5+ years of SHE & Quality experience.
  • Extensive subject area knowledge of Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
