As our Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our residents, fostering a positive work environment, and overseeing all aspects of our hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Outstanding Resident Experiences: Create a caring service experience aligned with our family values, ensuring compassion, empathy, and transparency.
- Foster a Positive Work Environment: Emphasize teamwork, improvement, and top-notch service, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Oversee Food Service Operations: Collaborate closely with the chef to deliver quality meals on time, ensuring a healthy and engaging dining experience.
- Develop Engaging Activities: Promote residents' interests, fun, and well-being through a range of activities and events.
- Maintain High Standards: Uphold cleanliness standards, address maintenance issues promptly, and ensure the facility is well-maintained.
- Manage the Hospitality Budget: Meet revenue targets while controlling costs, ensuring the financial sustainability of our hospitality operations.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, enhancing community engagement and resident satisfaction.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold compliance with regulations, health and safety, and employment laws, maintaining thorough records.
- Previous Hospitality Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a care home, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, motivational, and people skills, with the ability to engage with residents, families, and staff.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, with good time keeping and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
