About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor to join our dynamic team at Yours Clothing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience, promoting our brand, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise sales and individual customer purchases to drive revenue growth
  • Engage customers through exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and loyalty
  • Operate the till and handle financial transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Replenish stock with our fantastic products and specialist brands, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Assist with deliveries and stock handling, working collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines
  • Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a high standard of store appearance
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures, including health and safety protocols
  • Take responsibility for personal development, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and growth

  • Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact is highly desirable
  • Experience in a retail environment with a quality brand is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion
