Lead Generation Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales Development team as a Lead Development Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions and contribute to the success of our business.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- FOLLOWING UP ON MARKETING-GENERATED LEADS TO QUALIFY THEM FOR POTENTIAL SALES OPPORTUNITIES
- MANAGING ALL INBOUND LEADS TO SALES ACCEPTANCE
- WORKING WITH MARKETING TO COMPLETE DEMAND GENERATION CAMPAIGNS
- MAINTAINING CONTACT INFORMATION WITHIN OUR CRM SYSTEM
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A basic understanding of cloud computing and SaaS offerings
- The ability to differentiate ServiceNow solutions from competitors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
