Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales Development team as a Lead Development Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions and contribute to the success of our business.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • FOLLOWING UP ON MARKETING-GENERATED LEADS TO QUALIFY THEM FOR POTENTIAL SALES OPPORTUNITIES
  • MANAGING ALL INBOUND LEADS TO SALES ACCEPTANCE
  • WORKING WITH MARKETING TO COMPLETE DEMAND GENERATION CAMPAIGNS
  • MAINTAINING CONTACT INFORMATION WITHIN OUR CRM SYSTEM

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A basic understanding of cloud computing and SaaS offerings
  • The ability to differentiate ServiceNow solutions from competitors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
