Lead Development Representative (Staines)

ADP, a global leader in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, is seeking a skilled Lead Development Representative to join their team in Staines. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for handling incoming requests, ensuring eligibility for salespeople, and qualifying leads for transmission to sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee eligibility for salespeople by segment
  • Ensure allocations according to local rules defined for the fiscal year
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for sales teams
  • Guarantee the quality of leads and information sent to sales teams
  • Work to KPIs and targets for activity

Requirements:

  • Awareness of operational marketing plans and campaigns
  • Qualification and lead criteria
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM tool
