About the Role

This role involves providing essential support to our senior recruiters, ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial function. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating candidate interviews.
  • Prepare and format candidate profiles to a professional standard.
  • Maintain our CRM system with client and candidate information.
  • Support lead generation and follow up on client inquiries.
  • Conduct market research to assist recruiters with hiring trends and insights.
  • Organize recruitment documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
  • Monitor job boards and ensure job postings are up-to-date.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
