Business Operations Support Specialist

£30,000 per annum + benefits package

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to colleagues across the business.
  • Conduct research and compile documents for retained assignments.
  • Compose and publish job advertisements on various media platforms.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and client meetings.
  • Verify candidate eligibility for work permits and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate databases and perform data entry tasks.
  • Process documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Manage company websites and job boards, updating news and vacancies as needed.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance policies.
  • Prepare internal and external reports.
  • Perform other administrative duties to ensure team efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proactive attitude with a 'can-do' approach.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales tools.
  • Experience in a similar role within a sales environment.
