Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee procurement strategies that align with client objectives, delivering substantial value and fostering innovation.
  2. Complex Process Management: Lead end-to-end procurement processes for high-value projects, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and achieving superior results.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, driving negotiations to secure optimal contracts and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  4. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Key Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience in managing procurement processes for large-scale projects, particularly in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  2. Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with a focus on driving value and optimizing outcomes.
  4. Familiarity with contracts such as NEC, JCT, or FIDIC is highly desirable.
  5. Previous experience in a consulting environment is advantageous.
