The Role
We're seeking a seasoned Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our public sector team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, sourcing, engaging, and placing talented professionals in civil engineering design roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels to build a strong pipeline of talent for civil engineering design roles.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide staffing solutions that meet their project requirements.
- Creating compelling job ads and marketing roles effectively to attract top candidates.
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, from interviews and onboarding to contract negotiations.
- Identifying new business opportunities, attending industry events, and building our network within civil engineering design.
- Staying informed on industry trends and market changes to provide strategic advice to clients on best practices, rates, and workforce developments.
- Contributing to continuous improvement, refining our recruitment processes, and enhancing service delivery for candidates and clients.
