**The role**

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be joining one of our expert teams to develop and grow your knowledge of your own niche market - giving you the best starting point to excel in your career. Once trained, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process. Including finding talent through various sourcing methods, telephone screening, interview booking, all the way through to job offers. Business Development and sales is a key part to this role in order to build client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. Business Development to build your own client relationships.

**Skills, Competencies and Experiences**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and driven.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Displays initiative.
- Competent use of Microsoft Customer service or Sales experience
