Job Title: Community Care Specialist

Job Summary: Meridian Business Support is seeking a skilled Community Care Specialist to deliver IV Therapy treatments in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medical treatments such as IV infusions, injections, and parenteral nutrition.
• Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on helping individuals regain independence and meet their healthcare goals.
• Visit 1-3 patients per day, with travel across the region included as part of your working hours.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary up to £40,700 per annum

• Quarterly bonus
• Contract: Full-time
• Annual Leave: 36 days
• Tech Support: Laptop, printer, tablet, mobile phone, and personal protection device

Requirements:

• Valid NMC Pin and experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong empathy and patient-centered care skills
