This dynamic trust combines the expertise of both the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust and Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust, delivering emergency, specialist, and general medical services across over 2,000 square miles in Devon, with some services extending to Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

We pride ourselves on our integrated health and social care services, spanning community inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. Our primary care services, specialist community services, and Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARC) provide a comprehensive approach to patient care.

This flexible role allows Community Nurses to provide vital healthcare services within diverse community settings, fostering skill development, autonomy, and meaningful interactions with patients from various backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing and monitoring patient conditions and arranging diagnostic tests
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current nursing practices and adhering to NMC Professional Registration
  • Requiring a valid UK driving license and a minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years
