About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organized Imaging Administrator to join our team at KIMS Hospital. As an Imaging Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of radiology patient appointments and organization of diagnostic clinics.
Main Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the day-to-day booking of radiology patient appointments, effectively utilizing clinic sessions available.
- Provide efficient and effective back-office telephone and email administration services in a prompt and professional manner.
- Monitor the NHS email for urgent referrals.
- Welcome all patients, visitors, consultants, and staff to the radiology department and provide direction to other hospital departments when required, confirming all patient details.
- Scan onto PAS all referrals and relevant paperwork received, in a timely manner.

Person Specification
We are looking for an individual with a good level of general education, including grade 4 or equivalent in English and Maths. Experience within a similar, customer-focused administrative role is essential, along with good IT skills, including Word and Excel. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are also required.
