Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Alliance Medical Ltd.

This role provides a pivotal support function to our clinical teams and patients, ensuring the smooth running of our Centre. As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will work directly with patients in the clinical environment, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals with an interest in healthcare.

Main Responsibilities

  • Reception duties, including managing incoming queries and providing a high level of customer service.
  • Supporting the clinical teams with administrative tasks, such as booking appointments and processing patient information.
  • Chaperoning patients during clinical procedures.
  • Providing administrative support to the clinical teams, including data entry and filing.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the Centre, including maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with patients and clinical teams.
  • A compassionate and enthusiastic demeanor, with a flexible and organised approach to work.
  • Experience in an administration role is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
  • IT literacy and the ability to work well under pressure.
