Job Summary

TPF Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team in Maidstone. As a key member of our accountancy practice, you will be responsible for overseeing a client portfolio and providing expert financial guidance to owner-managed companies in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including statutory accounts and management accounts
  • Assist clients with personal and corporation tax returns and compliance
  • Review and oversee the work of the bookkeeping team and junior staff
  • Provide business advisory services to clients
  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition
  • Utilize industry-leading software, including Iris, Sage 50, Xero, and QuickBooks

Requirements

  • Preferably qualified ACA/ACCA or by experience
  • 5-10 years of experience within an accountancy practice
  • Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
