Early Years Programme Manager

At Camp Beaumont Day Camps, we are seeking an experienced Early Years Programme Manager to lead our multi-activity day camp during the Easter holidays. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding early years programme to 3's and 4-year-olds in our care.

About the role:

The Early Years Programme Manager will be the person that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support, and direction, ensuring all the needs of the children in our care are met. You will represent Camp Beaumont during Ofsted visits and work closely with our team to plan and deliver a fantastic programme that falls in line with Ofsted's Early Years Foundation Stage.

About you:

  • Over 17 years old
  • Available to work during the school holidays
  • Be a UK citizen with 2 x right to work ID's
  • Knowledge and experience of working in the Early Years
  • At least a Level 3 childcare qualification
  • Possesses bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • Can demonstrate a passion for working with children
  • High level of safeguarding awareness
  • Paediatric first aid, desirable as an opportunity to gain through our training

Camp Beaumont Day Camps is growing, and we would love you to come and join us on our exciting journey. We run award-winning day camps for children between the ages of 3 and 14 across the South of England during the school holidays.

These camps operate on weekdays only between 8 am and 6 pm, meaning you will have the weekends off.
