We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Apprentice to join our team at Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood Day Nursery and Preschool.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a nursery team to provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5.
- Develop and implement engaging learning activities and play opportunities to support children's learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a smooth and supportive environment for children.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- Commitment to completing the Apprenticeship programme.
- GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above in Maths and English, or Functional Skills Level 2. If not already held, a willingness to complete Functional Skills alongside the Apprenticeship.
- Previous experience working with children is beneficial, but not essential.
