About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Apprentice to join our team at Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood Day Nursery and Preschool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a nursery team to provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5.
  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities and play opportunities to support children's learning and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a smooth and supportive environment for children.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the nursery's goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Commitment to completing the Apprenticeship programme.
  • GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above in Maths and English, or Functional Skills Level 2. If not already held, a willingness to complete Functional Skills alongside the Apprenticeship.
  • Previous experience working with children is beneficial, but not essential.
