We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Administrator who can provide exceptional support to our Financial Planners. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues across the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships based on trust and confidence.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling client appointments, and ensuring that meeting times and locations are suitable.
  • Coordinating ongoing service reviews for Financial Planners, including booking appointments and issuing relevant documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client data, including updates to Fact Finds and special events.
  • Supporting Financial Planners in preparing for client meetings, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contacting clients via phone or email to chase outstanding requirements and prevent delays in processing advice.
  • Sharing regular pipeline updates with Financial Planners, keeping them informed of different stages of advice for their clients.
  • Directing queries to the correct team within the business to resolve issues and maintain a high level of client service.
  • Escalating client complaints and breaches immediately to management and compliance.
