- Administer and process orders and related information across multiple UK sites.
- Handle day-to-day administration and support activities to ensure accurate processing and communication of orders.
- Maintain and manage customer and stakeholder requirements to the highest standards.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Planning, Scheduling, and Internal Sales teams, with a strong focus on export goods and documentation.
- Manage documentation for both UK and European orders.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Build proactive relationships and maintain effective communication with customers.
- Resolve customer service queries efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
- A personable and confident individual with a strong customer focus.
- IT literate with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in organisation, time management, and customer service.
- A great team player with a proactive attitude, eager to support others.
- Knowledge of weighbridge loading systems and road haulage information is preferred, but full training will be provided.
- Previous experience in preparing and booking export documentation.
