  • Administer and process orders and related information across multiple UK sites.
  • Handle day-to-day administration and support activities to ensure accurate processing and communication of orders.
  • Maintain and manage customer and stakeholder requirements to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Planning, Scheduling, and Internal Sales teams, with a strong focus on export goods and documentation.
  • Manage documentation for both UK and European orders.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Build proactive relationships and maintain effective communication with customers.
  • Resolve customer service queries efficiently, escalating when necessary.

Requirements:

  • A personable and confident individual with a strong customer focus.
  • IT literate with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in organisation, time management, and customer service.
  • A great team player with a proactive attitude, eager to support others.
  • Knowledge of weighbridge loading systems and road haulage information is preferred, but full training will be provided.
  • Previous experience in preparing and booking export documentation.
