Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Assessment Centre, ensuring seamless interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage appointment sessions, including reminders and backfilling as needed
  • Collaborate with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth assessment processes
  • Welcome and greet customers, providing a professional and courteous service
  • Arrange travel assistance for customers as required
  • Provide administrative support, including filing and record-keeping
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, such as GP surgeries and interpreting services
  • Perform daily checks to ensure completed assessments are closed and moved forward
  • Work closely with the Team Performance lead to ensure session efficiency
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including ordering stationery and maintaining reception materials
Requirements
  • GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English at grade C or above
  • IT literacy and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders (desirable)
  • Good written English, grammar, and punctuation for correspondence and record-keeping
