Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for creating positive relationships with the children in your care, while also supporting their daily needs, such as getting them washed, dressed, and ready for school.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the young people with day-to-day activities, such as personal care and education.
  • Planning and participating in engaging activities, such as outings to theme parks, bowling alleys, and zoos.
  • Actively safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children.
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping within the home.
  • Working closely with the Registered Home Manager to ensure a warm and nurturing environment is delivered and developed in line with Aspris' core values.
