Job Summary:

Fujitsu Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and resolving complex technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line support for hardware, software, and network issues, diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems efficiently, along with detailed investigations and diagnostics.
  • Manage and maintain virtualized and physical estate, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Utilize monitoring tools to analyze system performance and identify potential issues proactively, implementing automation tools and scripts for repetitive tasks to ensure efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and resolutions for future reference, ensuring current documentation is kept up to date.
  • Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to services during upgrades.
  • Test and improve disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or disasters.
  • Build, monitor, and support Windows Server (2019/2022) and Linux Server administration (Redhat, Oracle, Ubuntu).
  • Manage Active Directory & Group Policy, design, and troubleshooting, as well as good understanding of networking technologies that support the infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, Routers, Switches).
  • PKI management (Windows / Entrust) and Microsoft System Center suite management.
  • Patching toolsets (WSUS/Redhat Satellite Server) and database management (Microsoft SQL Server/MySQL/Postgres).
