Job Summary:

E-Resourcing Ltd - Specialist I.T. Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

About the Role:

  • Provide 3rd line support for our enterprise infrastructure, ensuring an excellent level of customer service through the prompt and efficient handling of tickets from 1st and 2nd line escalation.
  • Support the optimal performance and stability of our enterprise infrastructure and all associated systems through appropriate monitoring and regular preventative maintenance measures.
  • Act as a point of escalation for junior engineers and the wider organisation, providing guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain a broad range of infrastructure services, including Windows Server, Azure cloud services, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Hyper-V.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other stakeholders, ensuring that infrastructure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our infrastructure is aligned with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting, maintaining, and enhancing a broad range of infrastructure services, including Windows Server, Azure cloud services, and Hyper-V.
  • Excellent technical skills, including Windows Server, Azure, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and technical excellence.
