About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join our client's team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for the enterprise infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
  • 3rd Line Support: Offer advanced technical support to junior engineers and the wider organization, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Cloud Services: Configure and manage Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, Azure Virtual Machine, and Azure Site Recovery.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager: Manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Microsoft-based networking services (DNS and DHCP).
  • Hyper-V and VMWare: Administer Hyper-V, including Cluster Services, and/or VMWare ESXi.
  • Office 365 Administration: Manage Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Administration, Entra, MFA, Azure Arc, and Microsoft 365 Security.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing a broad range of infrastructure services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server 2016 or above, Azure cloud services, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Hyper-V, and Office 365 administration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
