  2. Salary: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum.
  3. Job Responsibilities: As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils, staff, and parents/carers to address barriers to learning and ensure effective policies and procedures are in place. This will involve working with pupils on an individual basis and in small groups, both on a regular and ad-hoc basis, to help them explore their feelings and emotions.
  4. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with pupils, staff, and parents/carers. You will also need to be familiar with safeguarding policies and procedures and be able to maintain accurate records of interventions and relevant meetings.
  5.
